I think Spring is finally here in the Chicago area. The trees are blooming and everything seems to be coming to life. We are ready for the sunshine and warm weather. We have had sunshine today, and it has been warm, in the low 80's, but it is now cloudy and I hear the rumbling of thunder off in the distance.
I took a walk around the apartment complex today and encountered these beautiful trees.
God's creation is breathtaking. We can look at our surroundings and recognize the beauty of God. What struck me as I was thinking about this is that he looks at me, his creation, and I am breathtaking to him. He sees beauty. If we could walk each day in that knowledge what peace and freedom we each could possess.
